We are currently recruiting for a full time and permanent Administrator for our client based in DaventryDaventry Permanent Office-based AdministratorLocation: DaventryHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pmSalary: 25,000- 27,000 per annumHoliday: 25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional 3.5 days for the Christmas closureBonus: Annual personal performance bonusWorking arrangement: Full-time and office-based The Administrator role: The Administrator will support colleagues across the business and help deliver an efficient, responsive service. Your work will span order processing, deliveries, invoicing, stock administration, customer enquiries and general office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.Provide general administrative support, maintain filing systems and assist the wider team as required.Process orders and keep associated records accurate and up to date.Process and check delivery paperwork and invoices.Respond to transport queries and prepare the daily manifest.Carry out consignment stock checks and complete the daily reconciliation of consumed versus invoiced stock.Follow up outstanding payments when required.Complete, review and maintain risk assessments.Update contract pricing for suppliersAbout YouA collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently and asking for support when needed.Able to prioritise effectively, manage several tasks at once and remain composed ..... full job details .....
