You will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales performance, maximising profitability, developing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Role As New Car Sales Manager, you will: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives. Drive new vehicle sales performance, finance penetration, and ancillary product sales. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity against agreed targets. Manage customer enquiries and ensure all leads are handled effectively. Support and coach the team through first and second-facing customer interactions. Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards. Manage vehicle stock levels, availability, and showroom presentation. Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and dealership processes. Work closely with senior management to deliver departmental objectives and profitability targets.
