Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Chesterfield

£43,500+ Average Annual Earnings | Permanent Role | 42.5 Hours Per Week

We are currently recruiting for 2 x Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical biased looking for a permanent role with excellent earning potential, training and long-term career development.

• Average annual earnings of £43,500+
• Permanent position from day one
• 42.5 hours per week
• Regular overtime available
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 days total)
• Full training provided

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating 3-shift pattern
• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 10:00pm - 6:30am
• Regular overtime available

The Role:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining plant and equipment across the site.

Duties include:

• Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical project work
• Equipment installations
• Fault finding and repairs
• Working closely within a maintenance engineering team
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with some Mechanical experience
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry environments is advantageous
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Flexible approach to maintenance activities
• Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
