Our client is focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions, with leading positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence care, and infusion care.Role overview The Project Coordinator Associate is part-time role within the Project Management Organization support digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plansCoordinate project activities, resources, and informationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportingResponsible for track expense, forecast costs, and provide reports on the financial status of projectsEnsure resource allocation is efficientCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informedPrepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are coveredFacilitate meeting logistics in meeting preparation and in follow-upsManage third party vendors in term of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related fieldBasic understanding of project managementProficiency in MS ..... full job details .....
