A progressive and inclusive SEN school in Wokingham is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their passionate team, supporting children aged 3 to 19 with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and other complex learning differences. This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a nurturing environment.

- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Wokingham
- Salary: -89100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Psychology, Education, or Criminology Graduates OR anyone with a passion for SEN support
- Experience: Preferred but not essential
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will aid with personalised learning plans and interventions and assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation. The SEN Teaching Assistant role also involves working closely with class teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals and building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
