The culture is collaborative and supportive with around 7 people in the office.This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established role with a full handover from the current person before they leave the business.This is not a corporate HR role. It''s a varied, hands-on position focused on keeping the people side of the business running smoothly and supporting a close-knit team day to day.The role can start on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent, or permanent from the outset.The RoleYou''ll be the go to person for day to day HR, payroll and office support, working closely with the leadership team and an external legal provider.This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys variety and being relied upon, and who brings a calm, common-sense approach to HR.Key Responsibilities for the People and HR AdvisorPeople and HR Advisor Managing day to-day HR administration for a workforce of approx. 30 peopleCarrying out DBS checks and Right to Work checksSupporting onboarding of employees, freelancers and seasonal staffManaging maternity and employee lifecycle administrationActing as first point of contact for general HR queriesLiaising with the external HR advisory partner and implementing updates to employment legislationSupporting managers with ..... full job details .....
