The Credit Controller role is initially a temporary contract which could be extended and will be Hybrid working-3 days in Didsbury office/2 remote.Responsibilities
Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any payment-related issues.Perform credit checks on new clients and set appropriate credit limits.Prepare and distribute regular reports on aged debtors and cash flow forecasts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Implement and adhere to credit policies and procedures to minimise risk.Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.Profile
