As our Manager for Global Platforms, you''ll own the vibe of our entire digital ecosystem, inside and out. You''ll be the architect of seamless experiences, connecting our people and amplifying our employer brand across platforms like our intranet, internal comms channels, social media, and career site. Think big, strategize brilliantly, and find innovative ways to engage everyone. Key Responsibilities
Owning the platform strategy, making sure it''s totally in sync with our People Marketing and recruiting goals.
Runnning the show on social media, from scheduling posts to engaging with our community and keeping an ear to the ground.
Making our career site and other digital platforms slick and engaging that candidates can''t resist.
Exploring, implementing, and managing the coolest MarTech to boost our platform game.
Diving deep into platform metrics, uncovering insights, and recommending ways to level up our strategies.
Teaming up with content creators, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment marketing goals.
Staying ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and technology developments.
Handling reviews and feedback on employer review sites.
Joining forces to create and launch impactful employer branding campaigns.
Managing the platform budget.
Guiding regional platform managers to ensure global consistency and brand alignment.
Measures of SuccessWhat winning looks like (3-month mark):
Fully understand our business vision, proposition, and PVP.
Map current candidate and employee experiences, identify pain points and opportunities to improve.
Establish clear workflows for running our platforms efficiently.
Create a prioritized plan to streamline the platform ecosystem for bigger impact.
Year One – Let’s Make Some Noise!
Run the streamlined platform ecosystem to deliver a top-notch experience.
Improve ease and speed for candidates and employees, track journey milestones.
Gather feedback and implement changes to ensure user satisfaction.
Beyond Year One – Keep the Momentum Going
Continuously monitor, tweak, and improve with data-driven decisions.
Regularly revisit maps to reflect evolving user needs.
Experiment with new tech to keep platforms cutting-edge.
Required Skills And Experience
Proven UX design skills, with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva) demonstrated through a portfolio of accessible designs compliant with WCAG standards.
Experience mapping complex systems and processes, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Familiarity with analytics dashboards, marketing automation, and CRM systems, plus strong data analysis skills to inform design decisions and content strategy.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with SEO principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams, including experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.
Experience conducting user testing and usability testing to improve designs.
Commitment to continuous learning in UX trends and best practices, including applying AI to augment UX workflows.
Bonus Points
Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
Experience with employer branding platforms or website content management systems.
Experience working in a global environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Planner, Jira, Trello).
