Requirements:Previous

Head Chef

experience (essential)

Experience within a

care home environment

(desirable)

Dysphagia training or understanding (advantageous)

Confident with high-end cooking and plating

Passion for delivering fresh, nutritious food to a high standard

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a high-quality food programme

Lead and support the Sous Chef and Kitchen Assistants

Maintain stock control and manage daily budgets

Cook and serve fresh meals to exceptional standards

Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and fully compliant

Contribute to private dining and care home events
