Researcher at Broadgate Search, Part of Trinnovo GroupWe are partnered with an international law firm looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining, and elevating client service and satisfaction across a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal KYC/CDD requirements, as well as timely management of account records

Act as the main point of contact for clients on non-legal matters, including administrative support, compliance queries, client portal access, and billing enquiries

Develop strong, trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent client service

Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services by building a deep understanding of client businesses and needs

Share and promote marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate

Partner with marketing teams on seasonal client engagement initiatives and events

Provide support on ad hoc projects and broader business initiatives as required

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or client relationship management within professional services

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines

Strong understanding of the professional services industry and market dynamics

Analytical mindset, process-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Trusted to handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ViewPoint is an advantage
