We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a prestigious automotive centre in central London. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, ensuring the reception and customer areas are maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

The Role

• Warmly welcome and greet customers and visitors
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality
• Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable throughout their visit
• Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas
• Keep the coffee station fully stocked, clean and presentable
• Load and unload the dishwasher and maintain clean and tidy kitchen areas
• Ensure all customer-facing areas are consistently presented to a high standard
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties
• Ensure every customer receives a professional, warm and welcoming experience

About You

• Must be flexible to work Saturdays
• Professional, warm and naturally hospitable
• Previous experience within hotel reception, luxury hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
• Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working to exceptionally high standards
• Naturally proactive, with the ability to stay productive during quieter periods
• Confident answering the telephone and handling basic reception duties
• Reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
