Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a track record in interior fit-out and refurbishment projects?We are seeking a confident and skilled communicator to join the dynamic Interiors division of a global organisation following an acquisition 2 years ago.Due to the success of this acquisitions has resulted in some big tenders won for the interiors arm of the business.This role requires a professional adept at fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants, and capable of managing projects in the value of 100K- 5m across predominantly the Midlands and London, with occasional national assignments. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee pre-construction processes, including cost planning and detailed budgeting.- Collaborate with site management and fellow Project Managers to ensure seamless operations.- Conduct site inspections, uphold quality control, and generate comprehensive cost tracking reports.- Engage in building surveys and analyses, contributing to the company''s high standards of project execution.
