Pastry Chef - London Company DescriptionJamie Oliver''s Catherine Street is housed in a Grade I listed building in London''s Covent Garden, Catherine Street is an independent, produce-focused restaurant.Within the 130 cover space, diners experience their favourite dishes from Jamie along with new recipes bespoke to Catherine Street.PositionAs a member of Jamie''s Pastry team, you''ll be working in a dedicated, separate and wide ranging pastry kitchen. Everything is made in house from restaurant desserts, ice-creams, show stopping cakes to afternoon tea! We also cater for high profile events so there is never a dull day!This is a unique opportunity to help us grow an exciting new venture for our business. Not only is the opportunity a unique one, but the working pattern and hours are too. The successful candidate will work a 42 hour week which will mostly cover day shifts between Monday -Sunday.
