This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller who is looking to progress their career further within a successful dealership environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in guiding customers through the purchasing process, supporting the Sales Executives and helping to maximise sales, finance and profitability across the department. Duties and Responsibilities Achieve targets across vehicle sales, profitability and finance. Support and manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Stack and control deals effectively to maximise profitability. Work closely with Sales Executives to improve conversion and overall performance. Speak directly with customers and confidently close sales. Carry out accurate part-exchange appraisals. Present finance and additional products in a professional and compliant manner. Ensure all sales activity meets FCA and company compliance requirements. Maintain excellent product and finance knowledge. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process. Support the Sales Manager with the overall performance of the department.
