The Role You will manage a mixed and engaging caseload, which may include: Contractual disputesCommercial litigationProperty and land disputesProfessional negligence claimsShareholder and partnership disputesDebt recovery and enforcementContentious probate and trust litigationMediation, negotiation, and ADR work Support and supervision will be tailored to your PQE level, with senior solicitors handling more complex matters.
