The Solutions Engineering team partners with our clients to realise their full potential through the adoption of Airwallex products that drive their growth and success. Our team works alongside commercial teams throughout the pre-sales, solution design, and API integration stages, serving as the single technical point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. As a Solutions Architect within the Solutions Engineering team, you will be working closely with our commercial leaders, GMs, CTO, and product leaders to establish a win-strategy for our most strategic enterprise clients from a technical perspectives. This role is primarily focused on pre-sales discoveries and solutioning, with a strong emphasis on supporting GTM enablement efforts. Your critical thinking capability, expertise in payments, and executive engagement skills will be critical in helping our customers realise the full benefits of our technologies and leading us to successful implementation and go-lives.
