RoleIT Support Associate

– reporting to the CTO and joining our technology team to ensure all our people have the tools, access and support they need to do their best work. You’ll be hands-on from day one, owning our internal IT experience across the company and setting the foundations to scale the function as we grow.

What You’ll Do

First-line IT support: Helping teammates troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, phones, or software, in-person or via Slack.

Device management: Managing our Mac fleet via MDM, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and regularly updated.

Onboarding and off-boarding: Provisioning laptops, managing stock, setting up new starters with the right tools, and removing access when people leave.

Access management: Handling day-to-day access requests, supporting internal role changes, and reviewing access with managers.

IT hardware and peripherals: Monitoring device inventory, coordinating repairs or replacements, ensuring the office has the necessary kit.

Office AV and setup: Supporting our Hoxton office environment, maintaining video conferencing setups and meeting rooms.

General office management: Keeping the space well-stocked, tidy and running smoothly; acting as a point of contact for facilities-related needs.

Security-first mindset: Supporting good security practices, flagging issues early, following least privilege access, and helping the team stay compliant.

Tooling improvements: Using low/no-code platforms to improve internal workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.

We’re based in Hoxton with a terrace, breakfast, coffee, dogs and plenty of space to do your best work. We ask employees to come in at least 3 days a week, with this role predominantly office-based in 4-5 days a week.

Interview ProcessWe take the candidate experience seriously with a transparent process and a prompt timeline.

Stage 1:

Intro call (45 mins) with the CTO to learn about you, the role, and what excites you.

Stage 2:

Case interview (60 mins) based on real-life scenarios with the CTO and another team member.

Stage 3:

Face-to-face interview (2 hours): two 60-minute interviews to learn how you work; in-office if possible.

Stage 4:

Offer: decision within 24 hours where possible after each stage.

References, ideally with your most recent manager, may be contacted.

Onboarding is prepared once checks are complete; the process can take 2-6 weeks.
