Role PurposeWe require you to: Undertake general surveys and provide recommendations with regard to Survey Requests generated via the Company Help Desk. Undertake asset verification, condition or dilapidation surveys on buildings and infrastructure assets, surveys of buildings and infrastructure to asset Level 4 in accordance with Asset Physical Condition Grading Methodology (APCGM) (training will be provided) Where required, review statutory compliance documentation pertaining to building regulations and HandS Provide technical reports with regard to an array of asset types, e.g. buildings, infrastructure (inc.) roads, security fences, sports pitches, walls and fences etc. Be able to display a knowledge of and understanding of statutory requirements, current regulations and Approved Codes of Practice with regard to the above To advise and inform the Client with regard to the material state of assets whilst maintaining and promoting best practice and value for money Demonstrate commercial awareness and be able to assess value for money for building/repair work carried out Provide a comprehensive overview of Naval Base assets based on desktop and physical surveys, professional training, knowledge and experience Provide option studies, feasibility studies and cost estimates at the behest of the Client Be a good communicator.
