This role is internally known as Senior People Officer As Senior People Officer, you''ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality People service across SSAFA. You''ll provide trusted advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, wellbeing, engagement and inclusion. Based at SSAFA''s Central Office in London, the role offers flexibility to work remotely in line with organisational needs. You must be willing and able to travel to the office at short notice when required.
