The Role As a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring young people receive high-quality care, support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment. You will also provide leadership and guidance to Support Workers, helping to maintain consistently high standards of care and compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation of the children''s home Lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people Promote positive relationships and help young people develop independence and life skills Ensure care plans, risk assessments and records are maintained to a high standard Take responsibility for the home during shifts in the absence of senior management Support staff with safeguarding and behavioural management Ensure policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements are followed Contribute to a positive, supportive and child-centred environment Work in line with Ofsted ..... full job details .....
