Customer Service Advisor Salary: 26,500 - 27,000Based in Southall, West LondonOffice-Based Role A well-established, family-run supplier of construction fixings and materials is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its busy Southall office. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, processing customer orders, and preparing documentation to enable the warehouse to pack and dispatch orders for next-day delivery.Key Responsibilities:Handling inbound calls and assisting customers with orders for fixings and ironmongery productsResponding to customer queries in a timely and professional mannerProcessing orders received via telephone and emailManaging forward orders and ensuring accurate schedulingLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilmentSupporting general administration, including filing, archiving, and maintaining office systemsKey Skills Required:Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or office-based environmentExperience handling inbound calls and processing customer ordersStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in a B2B and/or B2C environmentBenefits:On-site parking availableCompany Pension20 days annual leave + bank holidaysFriendly, down-to-earth company culture35-hour working week with shifts between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to FridayIf you bring customer service experience and are based locally in the Southall area, apply today.
