Our client, a leader in vehicle lighting solutions, is seeking a Field-Based Service Engineer to support customers across the Midlands, North England, and Scotland. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle lighting systems, including roadside repairs on HGV trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site service visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of vehicle lighting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical faults efficiently.
• Perform roadside repairs and maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Electrical fault-finding and repair experience.
• Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors on vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
