You will ensure the organisation achieves the required quality accreditations and standards and proactively lead Quality Engineering team. Commutable from: Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton Salary: £ Negotiable + Car Allowance + Pension. The RoleThe Quality Manager will spearhead product and process excellence within a thriving, fast-paced automotive environment.The Quality Manager will ensure processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained and be responsible to stop processes and escalate at appropriate level in cases of non-conformities. You will ensure product safety related identifications and requirements are fulfilled and report the performance of the QMS to the Managing Director.The Quality Manager will manage quality-related issues with customers and suppliers and function as the appointed Management and Customer Representative for Quality Management at site level which includes all customer specific automotive certification including IATF.You will ensure the implementation of adequate preventive and evaluation tools, product inspection and testing, FMEA, Poke Yoke and robust problem-solving activities through usage of 8D processes.
