You will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening accountability and developing the operational capability required to support future growth.The CandidateWe are looking for an experienced operational leader from a manufacturing, distribution or similarly complex environment, with a strong track record of improving processes, developing teams and introducing greater structure and accountability. You will be a pragmatic and commercially aware "hands on" leader, comfortable operating across a broad remit and driving continuous improvement.
