Job title: Community Outreach Worker (Bounce Back) Reference Number: 377 Reports to: Senior Community Outreach Worker (Bounce Back) or Team Lead (Bounce Back) Contract: Permanent Hours: Watford: 37.5 hours per week (Full time, Monday Friday 9am 5pm) Kingfisher Court: 30 hours per week (flexible between Monday Friday, 9am 5pm) Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum Based: Watford General Hospital WD18 / Watford Wellbeing Centre WD24 or Kingfisher Court, Radlett WD7 / Watford (WD24) or Borehamwood (WD6) Wellbeing Centre. About the Project and the Role Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver a one-to-one outreach service for people who are in hospitals across Hertfordshire. Emergency Department - the 37.5-hour role will be based at Watford General Hospital working in AandE departments, with the Mental Health Liaison Team, and hospital wards facilitating hospital discharge for people with a mental health.
