In this role, you''ll be responsible for producing accurate, value-engineered cost estimates, developing strong client relationships, and managing projects from initial enquiry through to contract award. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing detailed quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team to ensure project success.

• Identify risks and opportunities in tenders to produce accurate estimates
• Support Quantity Surveying functions and post-project reviews
