Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor –

A great opportunity for an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor who is happy to do some Estimating to join a large and growing contractor in the south. The successful applicant will join a successful team in an ambitious and growing company working on construction and infrastructure projects around the south and southwest of England.

The opportunity would suit an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Administrator, ideally with some experience working in civil engineering or construction who is looking to develop their commercial skills and career as the company grows.

Assisting the Pre-Contract Director within the capital projects team, the successful professional will likely have the following qualifications and experience.

Person Profile

• Some commercial administration or QS experience within civil engineering or construction
• Keen attention to detail
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management.
