We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a short-term freelance assignment, overseeing five active construction sites in Greenwich with a combined value of -11 million.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a main contractor delivering works across all sites. This is a client-side role, requiring close coordination, monitoring of progress, and ensuring high standards are met across multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar oversight role
• Background working on construction projects of comparable value and complexity
• Strong ability to manage multiple sites and liaise with contractors effectively
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
