This is a key leadership role overseeing the repairs and estate services. The Role As Regional Repairs Director, you ll take ownership of: Reactive repairs, maintenance and voids. Lead specialist teams including Damp and Mould and Disrepair. Oversee estate services. Management of large contractors providing services across the organisations portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of responsive and planned repairs across a large, complex housing portfolio. Manage and motivate senior managers within your team. Ensure value for money and high standards of safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Oversee budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships. Work closely with residents and stakeholders to continuously improve services Act as a visible leader, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance. What We re Looking For Significant senior-level experience in property services, repairs, or maintenance ideally in social housing.
