Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, managing and mentoring the team, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, warm, and professional serviceOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand and service standardsDevelop and implement training and development plans to nurture a high-performance teamMonitor financial performance, including labour costs, budgets, and targets, to drive efficiency without compromising serviceHandle guest relations with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, maintaining a positive and engaged atmosphereCoordinate closely with the kitchen and senior management team to ensure seamless collaborationTake charge of recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and team moraleUphold health and safety and food hygiene standards at all timesContribute to building a workplace culture that values professionalism, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Candidate ProfileProven experience in a management role within high-end or fast-paced restaurant environmentsStrong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentorship and developmentIn-depth understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost controlExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, proactive attitudeStrong financial acumen, including labour and PandL managementPassionate about hospitality, team culture, and delivering outstanding guest experiencesWhat''s in it for you?
