As an Agency RMN, you will provide safe, professional and person-centred nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health and associated support needs. About the Role As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will work within the requirements of each placement, supporting individuals with their mental health, safety and overall wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring mental and physical health, administering medication, maintaining accurate clinical records, contributing to care planning and risk management, responding appropriately to changes or concerns and providing professional support to the wider care team. You will be expected to maintain therapeutic and professional boundaries, communicate effectively with individuals and other professionals, and follow safeguarding and escalation procedures.
