Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join their vibrant team and make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:As an HR Advisor, you will:Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance on a variety of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.utilise Cascade HR Software: Manage HR processes effectively, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance using Cascade HR.Oversee Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, welcoming them into the organisation with open arms.Conduct Right to Work Checks: Uphold compliance with legal requirements through thorough right to work checks.Handle References: Manage reference checks for potential employees to ensure the best fit for the team.General HR Administration: Support daily HR operations by maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and assisting with HR projects.
