Key Responsibilities Develop policies, procedures, and Statement of Purpose Ensure compliance with Children s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards Prepare the home for registration, inspection, and opening Recruit, induct, and manage the residential care team Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight Deliver high-quality, child-centred care for young people Maintain safeguarding, behaviour management, and risk frameworks Liaise with Ofsted, professionals, and external agencies Drive continuous improvement and inspection readiness Requirements Essential Experience in children s residential care (EBD), Learning Difficulties or Autism Previous Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to step up Strong ..... full job details .....
