The work Lead the commercial management of complex sub-contracts from initial tender through to final account.Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget documentation for major civil works.Identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities to ensure efficient project delivery.Liaise directly with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure full contract compliance.Maintain rigorous cost control and manage change control processes within a fast-paced environment.
