MandE Health and Safety Manager

Now seeking an experienced MandE Health and Safety Manager to join an established Mechanical and Electrical contractor operating across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety professional with a strong background in new build construction to play a key role in the successful delivery of major Industrial projects. The initial role will be to support within the delivery of a large scale industrial new build manufacturing facility, with the opportunity to progress onto a further multimillion pound Industrial development anticipated approximately two years later The position is available on either a permanent or contract basis, offering flexibility for the successful individual As MandE Health and Safety Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing health and safety across mechanical and electrical installation works within a major industrial construction environment. You will work proactively with the project team to promote a positive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance and minimise risk throughout all stages of the project. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring health and safety performance across MandE construction and installation activities. Ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation, CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant industry standards.
