The salary range reflects the fact we can consider candidates who are developing in to a role like this or those who are already qualified and operating at this level. Responsibilities will include: Managing the month-end and year-end financial close processSupporting the Finance Director during the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes with regards to PandL, balance sheet, cash flow and capital planRegulatory requirements and liaising with auditors for statutory and tax filingsSupervising the annual external audit for UKOverseeing payroll process and journalsManaging VAT and Intrastat returns process to ensure compliance with regulationsManaging and developing AR and AP functionsReconciling all balance sheet accountsManaging the fixed assets processAnalysis including comparing actual to budgeted spending and other reportingBanking functions - including cash management, payments, regular cash flow forecasting and reporting Candidate profile Could be a part-qualified/nearly qualified candidate.
