You ll work closely with the MD, providing crucial financial insights that shape strategic decisions. What You ll Be Doing: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage financial controls and process improvements, identifying areas for optimisation. Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. What We re Looking For: Strong technical finance experience, particularly in month-end reporting and controls. A problem-solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills able to engage with stakeholders across the business. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
