If so, were working with a leading contractor in Hertfordshire who is looking to add a talented Bid Writer to their growing team.

Responsibilities

The Role As a Senior Bid Writer, youll play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities across construction and social housing projects. Youll be responsible for:

Leading the writing and development of bids, PQQs, and tender responses.Translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.Working closely with estimators, planners, and subject matter experts.Driving bid strategy to ensure submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time.Mentoring and supporting junior bid team members.

About You Were Looking For Someone Who Brings

Proven experience as aBid Writerin theconstruction/social housingsector.A strong track record of winning bids.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
