Property Litigation Associate Location: Bristol Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in office Job Type: Full-time Join our client''s Law firm during an exciting period of growth within their Litigation teams. This role involves handling a diverse range of property litigation matters and offers a chance to enhance both your individual and business profile within a supportive and experienced team. Day-to-Day of the Role: Manage your own caseload of property litigation cases, including issues related to property damage, trespass, and nuisance. Resolve disputes commercially through court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques. Maintain high standards of client service while adhering to regulatory and company processes, with a focus on cost-efficiency. Meet annual billing targets and KPIs, ensuring effective risk management. Supervise and support junior team members, helping them achieve their financial targets and manage risks appropriately. Required Skills and Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience in litigating cases from inception to trial. Proven experience in resolving cases through mediation and other forms of ADR. Property-specific litigation experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and learn independently.
