As a Registered Manager, You Will

Lead and manage staff recruitment and deployment.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.Support and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Ensure regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.Develop and maintain partnerships with referring authorities and regulatory bodies.Manage budgets and ensure the service operates efficiently.Promote the company''s vision and values, supporting staff well-being and motivation.

The Ideal Registered Manager Will Have

At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.Strong leadership and communication skills.A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to children.
