JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to provide advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development and property finance. Working within a friendly team, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own caseload and benefit from ongoing support and career development.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will have 2-3 years PQE and a strong working knowledge of all aspects of commercial property along with a client focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. If you’re looking for a role where you can play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
