Job Title: Administrator - Water Hygiene and Plumbing Salary: £27,000 Location: Bromley (Office-Based) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (Full Time)Holiday Entitlement: 21 days per annum, including bank holidays Role Overview We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support water hygiene and plumbing contracts within a compliance-led environment. The role focuses on supporting local authority contracts, with particular emphasis on Legionella control, ensuring accurate administration and effective coordination between stakeholders. This is a full-time, office-based position. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support for water hygiene and plumbing contractsManaging job bookings, engineer schedules, and diariesLiaising with clients, tenants, engineers, and subcontractorsPreparing and issuing reports and compliance documentationMaintaining accurate records on internal systems and client portalsHandling incoming calls and emails professionallyRaising purchase orders and processing invoicesSupporting contract billing and performance reportingAssisting with audits and ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirementsGeneral office administration duties as required Skills and Experience Essential: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)High attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
