This is an opportunity for an experienced support worker to work with adults experiencing enduring mental health needs, providing practical, emotional and social support to help individuals build confidence, develop independence and work towards their personal recovery goals. The Role As a Flexible Support Worker, you will work directly with clients in their homes and within the community. You will build positive and professional relationships with individuals, helping them identify their own goals and supporting them to make progress towards greater independence. The role involves providing practical guidance and emotional support, assisting with housing-related matters, benefits and access to community services. You will also support clients to develop everyday living skills and access education, employment, social and rehabilitation opportunities where appropriate.
