Slater Heelis is a leading full-service law firm based in Manchester. As part of Lawfront Group, the firm is growing its Corporate team and seeking an experienced solicitor with 4-8 years PQE to join and contribute to high-quality corporate work.Location: Manchester (Sale or Central Manchester offices). Hybrid working available.Key responsibilities

Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.Providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.To be successful, you should have excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail (data checking/inputting), and be able to communicate effectively. You should also be reliable, organized, able to work in a busy environment, and possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills.Teams: You will have access to two experienced Partners who support personal development and growth.The extras / Benefits
