This role will see you work directly with the Head of Legal, playing a pivotal role in supporting the group’s ambitious growth plans, which include complex MandA transactions, private equity investment, and group structuring.The Opportunity:This is not your typical in-house legal role. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working alongside a respected and strategic Head of Legal on a wide variety of corporate matters.
