The Electrical Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring engineering excellence across fault resolution, maintenance, and overall site performance. Core responsibilities span Quality, Health and Safety, Manufacturing Performance, and Engineering Support. The role focuses on maximising operational effectiveness, reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainability through the application of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Success requires a commitment to continuous improvement, adherence to mechanical and electrical best practices, and strong diagnostic capability (MTTR/MTBF) to minimise downtime and enhance performance. Key Responsibilities Contribute to delivering the Engineering department s vision and strategic plan by developing and executing strategies for energy, equipment, and maintenance that support site growth in line with the Clearly Work System (CWS).
