About the Role Would you like to become part of our Estates team as a Garden Maintenance and Cleaning Operative and support us in delivering an excellent service to our residents? This is a valuable opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player. This is a full-time, permanent position covering the London area, working 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will provide high-quality grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services across a varied portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include caring for lawns, shrubs, and plants, removing refuse, and maintaining internal communal areas in accordance with agreed standards, specifications, and timelines. As the representative of Guinness onsite, you will foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You will ensure access is maintained, report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and raise any safeguarding concerns.
