2nd/3rd Line Engineer Central London - Hybrid Up to £45,000 MSP Experience essential - IMMEDIATE START Are you a well-rounded 2nd/3rd Line Engineer looking to take on a challenging and dynamic role within a high-performing Managed Services Provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where no two days are the same - solving complex technical issues, working directly with clients, and staying hands-on across a broad tech stack. Key Responsibility: Supporting and managing escalated issues across 2nd and 3rd Line levels Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy Microsoft 365 Suite including SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online Some Azure exposure (hybrid preferred), familiarity with AWS a bonus Virtualisation: Hyper-V, VMware Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs. Hands on experience with routing, switching, and firewall management (WatchGuard experience is a big plus!) Server builds, maintenance, and troubleshooting Deployments and on-site installations Working on-site with a client once a week, representing the MSP and delivering top-tier support Key Requirements: A well rounded engineer with experience in a fast-paced MSP environment.
