A number of specialist and inclusive SEN schools across Northampton are looking for Educational Support Workers to join their dedicated teams from September 2025. These full-time roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need tailored support, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.About the Role:Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and complex learning difficultiesAssist pupils with classroom activities, sensory programmes, and daily routines in line with personalised learning plansSupport behaviour management and promote positive, respectful interactionsWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent, student-focused careContribute to a nurturing learning environment that supports emotional regulation and independenceHelp with personal care and mobility where required (full training provided)Record progress and observations to inform EHCP targets and ongoing supportWe''re Looking For:Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in ..... full job details .....
