As a Virtual Account Manager working with Volkswagen Group, you''ll be a key player in supporting the group''s automotive brands by managing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your role is crucial in increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding market share for our clients. Working closely with stakeholders, you''ll bring a strategic approach to sales, delivering outstanding results and top-tier service within the automotive fleet sector.Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing strong relationships with key automotive fleet customersIdentifying and securing new business opportunities to increase fleet vehicle salesProviding expert knowledge of the brand, their model range, and market positioningDelivering high-quality digital sales experiences and customer serviceCollaborating with leasing companies, dealerships, and other industry stakeholdersAnalysing customer data to generate insights to inform sales strategiesWhat We’re Looking For
Key Skills and Experience
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales growthExceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to hold credible conversations with key decision makersAn understanding of B2B consultative selling and the ability to tailor conversations to business needsAbility to problem-solve and think creatively to meet customer and client needsStrong data management skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environmentPrevious experience in fleet sales, fleet management, contract hire and leasing, or dealership account management is desirableWhy Join Us?
